Wedding photos are memories for a lifetime – and the right Lightroom preset can turn an ordinary shot into a timeless masterpiece. Below you’ll find a selection of the best wedding presets to help you make your photos stand out and cut post-production time by up to half.
1. Wedding Preset – Classic Elegance
The Wedding preset is an absolute essential in every wedding photographer’s toolkit. Its strength lies in subtly highlighting the natural beauty of the frame – soft light, gently brightened shadows, and a neutral, elegant color tone.
Perfect for church ceremonies, outdoor shoots, and group photos in any lighting conditions. This is a preset that “doesn’t get in the way” – it gives photos a timeless character without artificial filters.
Best suited for: wedding ceremonies, portraits of the bride and groom, photos in church and reception halls.
2. Wedding Story – Vivid Colors and Energy
Wedding Story is a preset created for reportage photographers who want to capture the true emotions of a wedding. Its hallmark is more saturated, vivid colors – outdoor greens look lush, and warm skin tones are naturally enhanced.
This preset handles shots in dynamic light very well – outdoors, by the window, or during dancing on the floor. For photographers who want to tell a wedding story full of life and joy, Wedding Story is indispensable.
Best suited for: wedding reportage, first dance, joyful moments with guests, outdoor shoots in sunlight.
3. White Feed – Bright, Radiant Aesthetic
White Feed is a preset for lovers of bright, luminous shots in the Instagram style. It increases overall exposure, reduces contrast, and gives photos a distinctive, “airy” look with soft whites.
Photos edited with this preset look great both in wedding albums and on social media – creating a cohesive, luxurious feed. Especially recommended for couples planning to share their photos online.
Best suited for: styled wedding sessions, flat lays with details, photos by large windows, Instagram posts.
4. Minimalistic – Clarity and Calm
Minimalistic focuses on subtlety – limited saturation, muted tones, and balanced contrast create photos that “breathe.” This preset is for photographers who value simplicity and timelessness over trends.
The tone of this preset is slightly cool or neutral, giving frames a calm, aesthetic character without unnecessary “color shouting.” Minimalistic works perfectly for elegant, modern-style weddings.
Best suited for: minimalist ceremonies, black-and-white accents, portraits in soft light, fine art style albums.
5. Aesthetic – Moody Depth
Aesthetic is a preset for photographers who want to give their photos a cinematic, moody character. Warm shadows, a slight fade effect, and subtle grain create a cinema-like atmosphere.
This preset is perfect for evening photos, candlelight, and soft artificial light – it emphasizes the romantic mood of the moment. Increasingly chosen by photographers inspired by film and vintage styles.
Best suited for: evening outdoor sessions, candlelit photos, romantic portraits, golden hour sessions.

You don’t have to limit yourself to just one preset – experienced photographers often mix several styles within one report, using, for example, Wedding Story during the dances and Minimalistic for the couple’s portraits. The key is the consistency of the final album and matching the aesthetic to the Clients’ expectations.
Regardless of the choice, each of the described presets significantly speeds up post-production and helps maintain a consistent visual style – which is invaluable when working with hundreds of photos from a single wedding.
